Cardio Exercise To Burn Calories

You may start a steady cardio exercise routine by doing low intensity exercises for 45 minutes to an hour.  For high intensity cardio exercises, you may start at a duration of 20 to 30 minutes and these can be done with sprinting and jumping rope.  A slow and gradual fitness routine can be done with swimming, bicycling, step aerobics, running, rock climbing, hiking, elliptical trainer, and rowing.  These are just some of the cardio fitness programs which you can mix and match.  Perhaps step aerobics and running are the easiest and effective exercises you can start to immediately burn excess calories.

These are just some of the fitness plans that you can mix and match according to your preference.  But with a good exercise plan, a healthy and balanced diet program has to be involved.  It is not only for weight loss but a balanced diet helps in the development of muscles and improvement of bodily functions.  People who exercise and maintain a healthy diet are not easily infected by communicable diseases and they retain healthy mind and body.  There is great improvement in your blood circulation as well as in your immunity if you maintain a regular health and exercise plan.  This is why most people who are healthy do not easily age and may even look younger than their age.  Keep up a fitness plan that will not take so much of your time daily.
